Depending on a few other factors pricing can change:
Travel - Depending on distance we may bill for travel but try to keep it reasonable.
Extra's - We can offer a few additional services such as picking up liquor prior to your event, storing it and bringing it with us on the day of.
Bartending / Serving Rates
1 Bartender: $35 per hour
2 or more Bartenders: $32 per hour
Minimum 6 Hours for an event - 1 Hour must be for set up prior to event start time and 1 hour for clean-up.
25 - 75 Guests - Typically 1 Bartender
75 - 150 Guests - Typically 2 Bartenders
150 - 200 Guests - Typically 3 Bartenders
200 - 250 Guests - Typically 4 Bartenders
(Also Depends on set up times and work load for set up)
What We Supply and Bring
We supply all the necessary bar supplies for preparing, mixing and serving drinks. Here is a list of items that we bring to each event:
